Ntalasha Chisha is a Zambian social development practitioner, disability rights advocate, and project management professional with a strong track record in inclusive development, youth empowerment, and community-led impact.

He is the Founder and President of Born Short Living Tall (BSLT), an Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) working to advance inclusion, accessibility, and socio-economic empowerment for persons with disabilities in Zambia. Under BSLT, Ntalasha also founded Arise Magazine, a youth empowerment and advocacy platform that reaches over 50,000 digital readers monthly across Africa, providing young people with mentorship, leadership content, and practical tools for personal and social development.

With formal training in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation, Ntalasha has led and supported multi-stakeholder initiatives in youth leadership, climate action, disability inclusion, and psychosocial support. He has served as a facilitator under UNICEF-supported climate programs, including youth engagement initiatives such as the Zambian Children’s Climate Conference (ZCCC5) under the Unite4Climate Zambia program, contributing to capacity building for hundreds of young climate ambassadors.

In addition to his development work, Ntalasha has over 10 years of community leadership experience, supporting holistic well-being through counseling, mentorship, and community outreach particularly among marginalized and vulnerable populations.

He is a member of the Association of Project Management (UK), the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association (ZaMEA), and the Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ZAPD). Ntalasha is committed to accountability, learning, and sustainability, and continues to pursue advanced professional development to strengthen organizational systems, impact measurement, and donor compliance.

Through BSLT and its partners, Ntalasha leads programs that prioritize local ownership, evidence-based approaches, and inclusive participation, working toward a more equitable and resilient society for persons with disabilities and young people in Zambia and across Africa.
